Do you offer one off or speciality classes? Yes, we can provide classes, seminars or sessions in almost anything you want- pilates, dance, massage, nutrition. We provide classes as one off teambuilding events, Lunch and Learns, and activities during conferences.
I'm inflexible/unfit/overweight. Can I still participate? Absolutely! You do not have to be super fit and flexible. A general level of fitness is required and as long as you inform your teacher of any injuries or medical problems, postures can be adapted for almost everyone.
Any other etiquette I should
know? -It is recommended not to eat a
meal 2 hours before class. -Always tell/remind
your teacher of any injuries or any significant
changes to your health. -No forcing. Do not strain or go beyond the limitations of your body. Remain loose and natural.
